A. E-check is an ACH transaction which doesn't require a physical check. The transaction is immediate. A service fee of $3 will be assessed.
B. Payment by credit card. A service fee of 3.25% will be assessed.
Please, mention your account number with Bellet and West Premium Financing on your check.
Bellet and West Premium Financing will send a cancellation notice to your insurance carrier. The returned or unearned premium on your policy will be sent to Bellet and West Premium Financing and applied to your loan. You will be billed for any outstanding balance afterwards. Should you have a credit balance remaining, you will receive a refund from Bellet and West Premium Financing.
The loan can be paid off at anytime without paying a penalty. You may also be entitled to receive a rebate of finance charges if your loan is paid off prior loan maturity date. Contact our customer service department for specific details.
Yes. Any changes made to the policy will be added to the finance account if:
The additional premium is over $300.00.
The finance account is current (no payment over due).
There are at least 3 installments left on the account.
The additional premium is not fully earned.
A down payment will be collected. (Please use the Financial Agreement Request for Additional Premium form)
You will be asked by the retail insurance agent to sign the “Finance Agreement Request for the following additional premium” form. The retail agent will collect the down payment and forward the signed form to the premium finance company.
It depends of the effective date of the endorsement. If the endorsement is effective:
Within 30 days, the down payment will be 25% of the total additional premium.
Over 30 days, the down payment will be 40% of the total additional premium.
Over 60 days, the down payment will be 50% of the total additional premium.
Over 120 days, you will have to request the authorization from the premium finance company to add the additional premium endorsement to your premium finance account
